Welcome Bertha to the Big Sky Ranch!

Baby Bertha is the dark colored baby. Small, isn't she?

Bertha was born in  March 2010.  I got her as a companion for Skittles in July. Bertha is a Rouen duck. Stay tuned for updates!

UPDATE: July 25, 2010  "Bertha" is a drake.  After the introduction to Skittles, it took a couple days, but what I thought was  total infatuation by Skittles was really Skittles trying to show me that "she" was a "he"!

OK, my mistake.  So now "Bertha" will be known as "Donald".
